Preliminary 3D GRC/UHPC Panelization & VE Model (Integrated Frame Scheme) (.3dm)
Explore the updated 3D panelization model for the University of Calgary MDSH exterior facade. Reflecting our latest Value Engineering (VE) optimization, this model features monolithic "C/E-shaped" frame panels (3300 mm overall width / 1650 mm pier width) that consolidate horizontal spandrels and vertical piers into unified, factory-cast GRC/UHPC units.
Engineered specifically for off-site integration with CGI/Ennova's unitized curtain wall assemblies, the model accurately details the 3D angled return geometry (1896 mm / 2148 mm / 3394 mm vertical spans), 4 mm precision joint reveals, and spatial interfaces with vision glass and louver modules.
